“I can’t recall now how or why I started this but it was something to do with listening to The Shangri-las a lot… it was maybe to pay tribute to the producer behind them, George 'Shadow’ Morton. But it also references New York City, girl singing, drag racing, cut-up techniques, soundtrack music. But some of it doesn’t do that at all. Who am I kidding?
